About

Welcome to Naomi’s Toronto based lifestyle blog.
Who’s Naomi? Glad you asked! Here’s a bit more about me:

The profesh-ish bio:
Naomi Leanage is a recent Journalism graduate from Toronto whose accomplishments include having her work published in Faze Magazine, Tribute and Thought Catalog, interviewing Aaron Paul and the Jonas Brothers and watching all three seasons of The Mindy Project within a week.

After many nights spent procrastinating sleep and watching Youtube vloggers, she decided to join in on the fun and found a new passion in creating lifestyle-based videos. Currently focusing on growing her fresh new channel, Naomi Elle, she also likes to consider herself a full-time Netflix binge watcher.

The give-it-to-you straight bio:
Hey. What’s Up. Hello.

The name’s Naomi. Naomi Leanage. (Pronounced La-Naj; rhymes with fromage and also Nicki Minaj). I have also been called Nay-Nay, Naomz, Gnomes, Nomy and imoan (because of the immature friends I clearly have *rolls eyes*). But it’s just Naomi.

I love to travel more than anything (like so much that I quit my full-time job to do so), immerse myself in a really good book (sleep? what is sleep?), block out the outside world with good music (from edm to country to hip hop, my iPod is filled with literally everything, though 75% of it is probably Ed Sheeran), sit back and watch my shows (full-time Netflix binge watcher remember?), and occasionally fangirl at concerts (I’m not afraid to admit I’m a concert addict).

You can follow along my adventures on twitter (@NaomiiElle) and instagram (@Naomi.Elle)!

The Blog Name

It comes from a mix of two Sophie Kinsella novels I never read but heard were great: Confessions of a Shopaholic and Twenties Girl.

Put a face to the name:
